Work Schedule -- Remote Locations. On operations conducted at remote locations where replacements are not readily available, or on operations involving changes in shifts, or when other unusual circumstances warrant, the appointing officer may arrange work schedules averaging five (5) days per week over a period of time, but consisting of more than five (5) consecutive days per week with the accumulation of normal days off to be taken at a later date. Such schedules shall be the “normal work schedules” for such operations.
