WORK TRAIN ASSIGNMENTS. (1) Work train service of 7 days or more duration will be advertised and made a regular assignment. Bulletins will be posted 7 days in advance of the scheduled starting date of the assigned work train, specifying, as closely as possible, the subdivision(s) on which the work is to be performed, the nature of the work, and the scheduled work and rest days of the assignment.
