WORK YEAR, WORKWEEK, AND WORKDAY. A. The normal workday schedule for all employees shall be established by the Board based on the Board's determination of the needs and resources of the Board and may be changed from time to time as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board. The number of hours of work will not be reduced without prior consultations with the Association. However, if emergency situations arise, as determined by the Board, the Board has the sole discretion to reduce the number of hours without prior consultation with the Association.
