The Agency will inform employees on an annual basis regarding their entitlement to medical and loss-of-pay benefits under the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA) for injuries or illnesses that are job related. Employees are notified of this entitlement and how it applies to their employment with the Agency during initial in processing and through their annual performance appraisal process (See Appendix I).
