WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT POLICY. The NRC Workforce Adjustment Policy shall form part of this collective agreement and shall be reviewed and negotiated by the signatories to the Policy in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Policy.

WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT POLICY. Grievances in regard to the above policies shall be filed in accordance with Article 29 on grievance procedure in this Collective Agreement.
