WORKING CONDITIONS FOR TERM SPECIFIC EMPLOYEES. The parties agree that this Letter of Understanding stipulates the terms and conditions of employment for term specific employees whose bargaining rights are held by the C.B.E. Staff Association under Certificate No. 524-92. It is understood that only those stated Articles and Clauses of the Collective Agreement and other provisions stated in this Letter of Understanding shall apply to term specific employees.
