Common use of Working Evenings and Weekends Clause in Contracts

Working Evenings and Weekends. Contractor may be required to work evenings and/or weekends at no additional cost to the District. Contractor shall give the District seventy-two (72) hours notice prior to performing any evening and/or weekend work. Contractor shall perform all evening and/or weekend work only upon District’s approval and in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and local ordinances including, without limitation, all noise and light limitations. Contractor shall reimburse the District for any Inspector charges necessitated by the Contractor’s evening, weekend and/or legal holiday work, unless the District has agreed to be responsible for such costs at the District’s expense in advance of the evening and/or weekend work.
