Common use of Working Evenings and Weekends Clause in Contracts

Working Evenings and Weekends. Developer may be required to work evenings and/or weekends at no additional cost to the District. Developer shall give the District notice prior to performing any evening and/or weekend work. Developer shall perform all evening and/or weekend work in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and local ordinances including, without limitation, all noise and light limitations. Developer shall reimburse the District for any Inspector charges necessitated by the Developer’s evening and/or weekend work.
