Common use of WORKING IN THE RAIN Clause in Contracts

WORKING IN THE RAIN. a) Where extenuating circumstances deem it necessary for employees to work in the rain, suitable waterproof clothing will be supplied by the Company to the employees who are required to work in the rain. b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an employee required to work in the rain will be paid double the rates prescribed in this agreement, for all work performed in the rain and such payment will continue until they cease work.
