Working Schedule - Posting. (i) The work and standby schedule for Regular Employees or Employees in Temporary positions shall be for a four (4) week period and posted not less than two (2) weeks in advance. All additional available shifts known to the Employer at the time of posting shall be assigned on this schedule. (ii) Regular Employees shall be notified of any change in the posted schedule. Except where the change is by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer, where a change of scheduled shift (excluding scheduled standby shifts) occurs within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled shift start time, the Employee shall receive payment at the applicable overtime rate for all such hours worked within the required period of notice. A change in shift occurs when both the scheduled start time and end time for a scheduled shift are changed or the calendar date of the shift is changed.
