Common use of WORKLOAD CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

WORKLOAD CONDITIONS. (a) Room Attendants will not be assigned more than fifteen (15) credits or rooms per day. (i) When a Room Attendant is assigned eight (8) or more check- per day, the daily room assignment shall be reduced by (1) room or credit; in addition, when a Room attendant is assigned eleven (11) or more check-outs in a day, the daily assignment shall be reduced by two (2) rooms or credits (inclusive of the one (1) room credit for eight (8) or more check-outs). (ii) Effective June 30, 2014, when a Room Attendant is assigned ten (10) or more check-outs in a day, the daily assignment shall be reduced by two (2) rooms or credits (inclusive of the one (1) room credit for eight (8) or more check-outs.) (c) Signature floors will have no more than fourteen (14) rooms or credits assigned per day. (d) When a room attendant is assigned nine (9) or more double/double rooms in one section, the daily room assignment will be reduced by one (1) credit. Effective July 1, 2012, when a room attendant is assigned eight (8) or more double/double rooms in one section, the daily room assignment will be reduced by one (1) credit. (e) In any case where a Room Attendant is required to clean a full quota of rooms on more than two (2) floors, she shall be relieved of one (1) credit. (f) A Room Attendant shall not be required to make up more than three

(ib) Effective date of ratification, the maximum number of checkouts assigned to a room attendant on a daily basis will be ten (10). When a Room Attendant is there are ten (10) checkouts assigned eight (8) or more check- per day, the daily room assignment shall be reduced by one (1) room or credit; in addition. (c) Effective June 1, 2008, when a Room room attendant is assigned eight (8) or more checkouts then their room assignment will be reduced by one (1) and if assigned eleven (11) or more check-outs in a day, the daily checkouts their assignment shall will be reduced by two (2) rooms or credits (inclusive of the one (1) room credit for eight (8) or more check-outs)a further credit. (iid) Effective June 30, 2014, when Once a Room Attendant Signature floor is assigned ten (10) or more check-outs in a day, the daily assignment shall be reduced by two (2) rooms or credits (inclusive of the one (1) room credit for eight (8) or more check-outs.) (c) Signature floors established then they will have no more than fourteen (14) rooms or credits assigned per day. (de) When a room attendant is assigned nine (9) or more double/double rooms in one section, the daily room assignment will be reduced by one (1) credit. Effective July 1, 2012, when a room attendant is assigned eight (8) or more double/double rooms in one section, the daily room assignment will be reduced by one (1) credit. (ef) In any case where a Room Attendant is required to clean a full quota of rooms on more than two (2) floors, she shall be relieved of one (1) credit. (fg) A Room Attendant shall not be required to make up more than threethree (3) cots or cribs. (h) In any case where a room is deemed to be in extraordinary condition, the Room Attendant shall immediately notify a Supervisor who will inspect the room to determine what assistance may be necessary. (i) The delivery of robes to guest floors will not be the responsibility of the Room Attendant. (j) Each Room Attendant will be provided with adequate supplies. (k) All practices which are superior to the conditions listed above will continue.
