Common use of Workplace Aggression Clause in Contracts

Workplace Aggression. (a) Employees who, in the course of their duties, may be exposed to the risk of violence shall receive training at the Employer's expense. This training will include the means for recognition of the potential for violence, the relevant policies and procedures, the appropriate response to incidents of violence, including how to obtain assistance, and procedures for reporting, investigating and documenting incidents of violence.
