(i) Every worker must work in compliance with this policy and the supporting program. All workers are encouraged to raise any concerns about workplace discrimination and to report any discrimination incidents. Workers are encouraged to report any and all workplace discrimination to whomever they feel most comfortable informing. There will NEVER be negative consequences to workers for reports made in good faith. (j) Management pledges to investigate and deal with all incidents and complaints of workplace discrimination in a fair and timely manner, respecting the privacy of all concerned as much as possible.
