Common use of Workplace Preparation Clause in Contracts

Workplace Preparation. The Employer agrees to implement, in consultation with the Union, and our First Nations and Metis partners, educational opportunities for all Employees to raise awareness of cultural differences diversity with an emphasis on Aboriginal First Nations and Metis people. Payment for such educational opportunities shall be in accordance with Article 42.02(a).
