WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE. Under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act this Board provides protection for its employees for loss of salary due to injury sustained in the course of duty. Absence of one working day or less will be charged to sick leave credit. Absences in excess of one day will not be charged to sick leave credit.
