Works, Goods and Non-consultant Services. All works, goods and non- consultant services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • Contractor’s Services a. Contractor shall perform all Services in accordance with Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 411, Division 054 and all applicable state and federal laws.
