Worksite Environment. Except for employees who are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the following conditions, employees shall only be expected to work at work sites that are clean and where temperature, ventilation, lighting, humidity, sound level and other physical conditions are hygienic and meet health and safety standards. The following health standards shall be maintained to the fullest extent possible:
