Worksite Health and Safety Committees. a. Health and Safety Committees will be established in each school, annex or worksite as required by the Workers' Compensation Act and Regulations. Where such committees are not so required, health and safety matters will be handled by the Staff Committees. b. Where an employee member of the Health and Safety Committee referred to in Clause a. above is required to perform any inspection(s) during the school day, the Board shall provide the employee with the necessary release time to perform this function.
