Common use of Worksite Inductions Clause in Contracts

Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of the Contractor to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay the Contractor’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or

If any induction needs is needed to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay the ContractorXxxx Electrical’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
