Worksite Access and Condition. 10.1 The Contractor is not responsible for the removal of rubbish from or clean-up of the building/construction Worksite/s. All rubbish generated by the Contractor will be placed in a designated area appointed by the Client but the responsibility of removal of same is the Client or the Client’s agent, unless otherwise agreed.

Worksite Access and Condition. 8.1 The Client shall ensure that Xxxx Electrical has clear, unobstructed and free access to the Worksite at all times to enable them to undertake the Works (including carrying out Worksite inspections, gain signatures for required documents, and for the delivery and installation of the Materials); and

Worksite Access and Condition. 10.1 Xxxxx may at its discretion notify the Client that it requires to store at the worksite materials, fittings and appliances, or plant and tools required for the works, in which event the Client shall supply Xxxxx a safe area for storage and shall take all reasonable efforts to protect all items so stored from possible destruction, theft or damage. In the event that any such items are destroyed, stolen or damaged then the cost of repair or replacement shall be the Client’s responsibility.
