Workstation License. If the Product is licensed on a Workstation basis, each Workstation using or accessing the Product must be licensed. A “Workstation” is defined as a computer that is operated, either attended or via remote access, by one person at a time, and cannot be used by more than one person, directly or indirectly, simultaneously. In no event will the number of workstations utilizing or accessing the Product exceed the number of Workstations identified in the Order.

Workstation License the Software may be installed or used only on the specified number of workstations by students who are regularly enrolled students at the specified site(s). If the Software is installed in a network configuration in which the host computer does not permit the use of the Software by students, the host computer is not counted towards the workstation limit, but all computers used by students are counted. All of the Products licensed for a specified workstation limit must be installed on the same workstations; one product may not be installed on one workstation and a second product on a different workstation.

Under this license grant the Software may not be installed or Used on a Server. Twice per year, with approval from Licensor, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Desktop/Workstation in the event that the assigned Desktop/Workstation is no longer functional.
Workstation License. Licensed Products provided under this option may be installed on and processed by the number of workstation and/or personal computers ("Workstations") indicated on the Schedule, regardless of their location.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.

  • Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non- exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Term in connection with its use of the Services as contemplated herein, and under Section 2.5 below.

  • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

  • Software License The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  • User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • Site License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • Evaluation License If You are licensing the Software for evaluation purposes, Your use of the Software is only permitted in a non-production environment and for the period limited by the License Key. Notwithstanding any other provision in this XXXX, an Evaluation License of the Software is provided “AS-IS” without indemnification, support or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.
