Payment of License Fees. 4.1 The payment of the license fees due under this AGREEMENT shall be made sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar half-year for the amount corresponding to the sales or sub-license payments for that half-year.

Payment of License Fees. The aggregate sum of the License Fee applicable to all Residential Units shall be payable by Licensee to Licensor quarterly on the first day of each calendar quarter; provided, however, that the prorated portion of the License Fee applicable to the period commencing on the date hereof and continuing through the end of the same calendar quarter shall be due and payable in full at the time of mutual execution of this License Agreement. The obligation to pay the License Fee is not affected by the amount of usage of the Fitness Facility by the Eligible Users of a Residential Unit.
Payment of License Fees. (a) In consideration of the rights granted herein, you shall pay Alibi Music the License Fee, as specified in the Subscription or Standard license (Alibi Rate Card) pricing, and any associated sales, value added, use and/or other taxes and government charges required to be collected by Us. All such taxes shall be based on your “xxxx-‐to address” and shall be determined at the rate in effect at the time of completion of the Order. Taxes will be charged only in states and other taxing jurisdictions where digital goods and services are taxable.
