Workweek and Workday Definitions. Any definition of an employee's normal workweek and workday stated in this Agreement shall not constitute a guarantee by the Employer of any number of hours per workday or per workweek if operating or economic condition warrant. Prior to any reduction in the workweek or number of hours therein, the Union shall be notified and a Special Conference scheduled within ten (10) days of such notification.
