WORLD BANK GUIDELINES. The Contract will be co-financed by, among others, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank). Therefore, the conditions for its implementation in the field of environmental protection are consistent with the Operational Policies and Bank Procedures with regard to environmental protection, including inter alia the following: OP/BP 4.01 (environmental assessment), OP/BP 4.04 (natural habitats), OP/BP 4.11 (physical cultural resources). The said policies and procedures of the World Bank are presented in the Environmental and Social Management Framework Plan (ESMF), published for instance on the websites of the World Bank 13and the Project Coordination Unit of the Odra and Vistula Flood Management Project.14 Original wording of the policies and procedures are available on the World Bank's website15.
