The Participant shall also provide written cost estimates for Construction for City’s review; City shall determine whether such cost estimates are reasonable.

The Developer shall also provide written cost estimates for Rehabilitation for Authority’s review; Authority shall determine whether such cost estimates are reasonable.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice.   • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.

  • DIRECT CONSTRUCTION COST Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that Contractor actually and necessarily incurs constructing the Project in strict compliance with the Construction Documents. Direct Construction Cost includes only the cost categories set forth in this Article and does not include the Pre-Construction Phase Fees or the Construction Phase Fees unless specifically noted. References in the UGSC to adjustments in “cost” or “costs” mean the Direct Construction Cost.

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Construction Documents The architectural and engineering documents setting forth the design for the Project prepared by the Design Professional. Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS If the project is NEW CONSTRUCTION, then the following provisions apply:

  • Early Construction of Base Case Facilities Developer may request Connecting Transmission Owner to construct, and Connecting Transmission Owner shall construct, subject to a binding cost allocation agreement reached in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT, including Section 25.8.7 thereof, using Reasonable Efforts to accommodate Developer’s In-Service Date, all or any portion of any System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades required for Developer to be interconnected to the New York State Transmission System which are included in the Base Case of the Class Year Study for the Developer, and which also are required to be constructed for another Developer, but where such construction is not scheduled to be completed in time to achieve Developer’s In-Service Date.
