Common use of Written Warning Clause in Contracts

Written Warning. Subject to 11.2.1 above, written warnings shall not be used unless the unit member has been verbally warned about similar actions within the last twenty-four (24) months. Written warnings shall not be placed in the unit member's personnel file.

The unit member shall sign and date a receipt that he/she has received a written warning.
