Xx Recording. Licensee shall not record this SLA or any memorandum of SLA or short-form thereof.
Xx Recording. Buyer shall not cause or allow this Agreement or any contract or other document related hereto, nor any memorandum or other evidence of this Agreement, to be recorded or become a public record without Seller’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld at Seller’s sole discretion. If Buyer records this Agreement or any other memorandum or evidence thereof, Buyer shall be in default of its obligations under this Agreement.

Xx Recording. This Agreement shall not be recorded or filed in the public land or other records of any jurisdiction by either Party and any attempt to do so may be treated by the other party as a breach of this Agreement. However, at the Closing, and as part of the Closing Documentation, the Parties shall execute the Memorandum of Agreement, or such other memorandums or instruments, as mutually agreed upon by the Parties, in their reasonable judgment, which shall contain such other terms and provisions of this Agreement that the Parties shall mutually agree. The Memorandum of Agreement, or such other memorandums or instruments shall be recorded in the public records of Xxxxx County, Florida by the Developer at its expense to give record notice of the existence of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, then each Party shall promptly execute and deliver any and all documents reasonably requested by the City to evidence the termination of the Memorandum of Agreement, or such other memorandums or instruments.
Xx Recording. This Lease shall not be recorded with the Recorder of Deeds office.
