XXX Management Body 6: Users and Advisory Group. (UAG) The UAG is composed of outside experts recognised for their expertise in the field of the XXX, appointed by the GC and may be based on recommendations of the SMB, and will determine their number for the duration of the Consortium Agreement. The heads of the SMB and DEC shall attend meetings in an advisory capacity. The UAG shall meet at least once a year and its main role is to: • Advise the GC on XXX orientations and the implementation of its mission to spread excellence in Europe; • Evaluate the JPA of the XXX as well as results obtained; • Be consulted by the GC on any scientific issues; • Make any proposal or transmit any information it deems useful to the GC. A special function is assigned here for Stakeholders Debates. The head of the DEC will also be assigned the role of managing debates between users, Advisors and the GC members.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative.   • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.
