Xxxx County Electronic Monitoring Program. Resident must notify the CHA within 48 hours of the return of an authorized member who is a participant in the Xxxx County Electronic Monitoring Program to his/her unit. Failure of the resident to notify the property manager in a timely fashion is grounds for lease termination. Allowing residency of a participant in the Xxxx County Electronic Monitoring Program in the resident’s unit who is not on the Lease as an authorized member for that unit is grounds for lease termination.
