CHA Responsibility. All notices to residents must be in writing, except notices to residents with disabilities, which must be in the alternative format requested by the resident. Notices will also be available in Spanish or other languages as needed.1

CHA Responsibility. Notice to Tenant must be in writing, delivered to Tenant or to any adult member of the household residing in the dwelling unit, or sent by first-class mail addressed to Tenant. [966.4(k)(1)(i)]
CHA Responsibility. The standards that follow will be applied fairly and uniformly to all Tenants. CHA will inspect each unit at least annually, to determine compliance with the standards. Upon completion of an inspection CHA will notify Tenant in writing if he/she fails to comply with the standards. CHA will advise Tenant of the specific correction(s) required establishing compliance, and indicating that training is available. Within a reasonable period of time, CHA will schedule a second inspection. Failure of a second inspection will constitute a violation of the lease terms. Training will be available at no cost to any Tenant requesting or needing assistance in complying with the Housekeeping Standards.
CHA Responsibility. HMC will review data provided by the Chicago Housing Authority for CHA applicants. The CHA will screen for standard and required information as prescribed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image.   • Joint Responsibility If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller will, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved. The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer. Such corrective action, unless reasonably rejected by the Buyer, will constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.

  • Owner’s Responsibility Proper preventative maintenance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle is the responsibility of the owner. See the owner’s manual(s) for proper care instructions. Defects or damage as a result of improper care or maintenance are not covered by this warranty agreement.

  • Client Responsibility For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. Subject to the foregoing, Patheon will not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any application for receipt of an approval by a Regulatory Authority. The Client is solely responsible for the preparation and filing of the application for approval by the Regulatory Authority and any relevant costs will be borne by the Client.
