Xxxxx Eligibility. In executing this Cooperation Agreement, the City understands that City shall not be eligible to apply for grants under the Small Cities or State CDBG Programs for appropriations for fiscal years during the period in which the Parties are participating in the urban county CDBG entitlement program.
