Xxxxx Expenses. Bank will pay to the Executive all reasonable legal fees and expenses when incurred by the Executive in seeking to obtain or enforce any right or benefit provided by this Agreement, provided Executive brings the action in good faith and is successful on the merits.
Xxxxx Expenses. The Bank shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable legal fees and expenses h e / s h e may incur in seeking to obtain or enforce any right or benefit provided by this Agreement, but only with respect to such claim or claims upon which Employee prevails (including by reason of negotiated settlement). Such payments shall be made within fourteen (14) days after delivery of Employee’s written request for payment accompanied with such evidence of fees and expenses incurred as the Bank may reasonably require.
Xxxxx Expenses. In the event of a dispute under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its or his legal costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with such dispute.
Xxxxx Expenses. The Employer shall pay the Employee’s reasonable legal expenses [up to £400 inclusive of VAT] as a contribution towards the Employee’s cost of obtaining independent legal advice, following receipt by the Employer of an invoice for [up to £400 inclusive of VAT] from the Adviser addressed to the Employee but marked payable by the Employer. The Employee warrants that the legal costs referred to in this clause 13 have been incurred only in connection with the termination of his employment and accordingly the parties consider that HMRC Extra-Statutory Concession A81 applies. (Drafting note: £400 plus VAT is the maximum contribution under MARS, and may be less.)

The Company agrees to reimburse Executive, to the full extent permitted by law, for all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) which Executive may reasonably incur as a result of any contest of the validity or enforceability of, or the Company’s liability under, any provision of this Agreement, plus in each case interest at the applicable Federal rate provided for in Section 7872(f)(2) of the Code; provided, however, that such payment shall be made only if the Executive prevails on at least one material issue.
Xxxxx Expenses. Peoples shall pay to the Executive all reasonable legal fees and expenses, including, without limitation, all fees and expenses incurred by Executive in connection with any arbitration that occurs in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement, incurred by the Executive in seeking in good faith to obtain or enforce any right or benefit provided by this Agreement, provided that any action or proceeding is not decided against the Executive.
Xxxxx Expenses. 4.1 CNPC Personnel shall be paid, in addition to the salaries and wages as stipulated in Article 3 hereof, the following expenses.
Xxxxx Expenses. Each party to this Agreement will be responsible for their own legal and other costs and expenses in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and implementation of this Agreement.
Xxxxx Expenses. The Borrower shall pay XXXX all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by XXXX in exercising any of its rights or remedies hereunder.
