Xxxxxx to Attorneys General. In compliance with the attorney general notification provision of the Class Action Fairness Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1715, within ten days after the motion for Preliminary Approval Order is filed, Ford shall provide notice of this proposed Settlement to the Attorney General of the United States, and to the attorneys general of each state or territory in which a Member of the Settlement Classes may reside. The notice will include (1) a copy of the Third Amended Class Action Complaint, (2) a copy of this Settlement Agreement and its exhibits, and (3) a reasonable estimate of the number of Members of the Settlement Classes in each state/territory and their percentage representation in the Settlement Classes. Xxxx will provide copies of such notifications to Class Counsel at the time of their submission to the attorneys general.

The notice will include: (1) a copy of the Operative Complaint; (2) a copy of this Settlement Agreement and its exhibits; and (30 a reasonable estimate of the number of class members in each state/territory and their percentage representation in the Class. FCA US will provide copies of such notifications to Class Counsel at the time of their submission to the attorneys general.

SOA will provide copies of such notifications to Class Counsel at the time of their submission to the attorneys' general.

  • Agreements Relating to Sentencing 10. The government agrees to recommend that the Court impose a sentence of imprisonment within the applicable guidelines range and to make no further recommendation concerning what sentence of imprisonment should be imposed.

  • Submission to Arbitration The Respondent Party may agree to the Claimant Party’s proposal of arbitration by responding in writing within ten (10) Business Days following receipt of such proposal. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of the Respondent Party’s agreement to arbitrate, the Claimant Party may submit the Dispute Item to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) for arbitration.
