Service Award for Named Plaintiffs. As part of their motion seeking final approval of the Settlement at the Fairness Hearing, Class Counsel will submit to the Court an application for a $9,000 service award for each of the 19 Named Plaintiffs. Ford will pay any such service award (up to but not to exceed that amount) approved by the Court pursuant to the terms of this Settlement Agreement within ten business days after the Effective Date of Settlement. Ford will do so by sending payment to Class Counsel to be forwarded to the Named Plaintiffs, provided that Class Counsel give Xxxx completed W-9 forms for the Named Plaintiffs at least 21 days before payment.

  • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.
