Xxxxxxx Rights. The Sheriff shall administer each Bargaining Unit Member his Xxxxxxx Rights prior to any questions in reference to Random drug test. The results of any random drug test shall not be released to a third party or Prosecutor unless mandated by law or court order. If any request for drug results are made the employee in question and the union president shall be notified within 48 hours of any such request.
