Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Part-time flexible rural carriers, substitutes, rural carrier associates, rural carrier relief employees, and auxiliary rural carriers shall have access to Article 15, Grievance and Arbitration Procedure, to appeal an alleged xxxxx- tion of the applicable provisions of Article 30 or the applicable provisions of any other Articles in which they are specifically named.
