Xxxxxxxxxx of Deductions to Secretary-Treasurer. -18 Deductions for any calendar month shall be remitted to the designated Secretary- Treasurer as soon as possible after the first pay of that month. The Employer shall furnish the designated financial officer, monthly, with a list of those for whom the Union has submitted signed forms authorizing checkoff, but for whom no deductions have been made. The Union will notify the Office of Employee Relations, in writing, regarding changes in designated Secretary- Treasurer and financial officer.
