XYZ and Personnel Use of Deliverables. XYZ may retain a copy of the Deliverables for promotional, fundraising, educational, archival, and such other purposes consistent with XYZ’s mission. XYZ and XYZ Personnel may include references or links (if made available by Client) to, or clips of the Deliverables (up to minutes) in their respective portfolios, CVs, reels, and marketing, educational, or fundraising materials.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
