Years of Service. Classified employees on Ranges A through Jc of the Classified Salary Schedule shall qualify for longevity payments according to the following schedule: 10 to 19 years 3% of July 1 base salary 20 to 29 years 7% of July 1 base salary 30 or more years 11% of July 1 base salary
