Core Profession Specific Provide nationally consistent legal advice and management to support effective and lawful registration, notifications and compliance procedures, and hearing panels processes Profession-specific services, as listed in the National Board’s regulatory plan and annual budget.
Specifically but not by way of limitation, the Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Bank from and against any and all claims (whether with or without basis in fact or law), costs, demands, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, of any and every nature which the Bank may sustain or incur or which may be asserted against the Bank in connection with the genuineness of a Share certificate, the Bank's due authorization by the Customer to issue Shares and the form and amount of authorized Shares.
Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows:
(a) Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once a month during the term of this agreement, based on the cost for work performed in accordance with the Rate Schedule in the Scope of Work and authorized reimbursable expenses incurred prior to the invoice date. Invoices shall contain the following information:
(i) Serial identifications of bills, i.e., Xxxx No. 1;
(ii) The beginning and ending dates of the billing period;
(iii) A summary containing the total contract amount, the amount of prior xxxxxxxx, the total due this period, percentage of work completed, the remaining balance available for all remaining billing periods, and a brief description of work completed during the billing period.
(b) City shall make monthly payments, based on such invoices, for satisfactory progress in completion of the Scope of Work, and for authorized reimbursable expenses incurred.
Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.
The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.
PROPRIETARY/RESTRICTIVE SPECIFICATIONS If a prospective bidder considers the specification contained herein to be proprietary or restrictive in nature, thus potentially resulting in reduced competition, they are urged to contact the Procurement Division prior to bid opening. Specifications which are unrelated to performance will be considered for deletion via addendum to this Invitation for Bids.
General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
