Disclosure Summary definition

Disclosure Summary means the document which we provide to you that sets out the annual interest rates, fees and certain other information regarding the Account. The Disclosure Summary forms part of this Agreement.
Disclosure Summary means, as applicable, either the section of the enrollment consent form/letter of authorization entitled `Disclosure Summary' or the Schedule A accompanying these Terms of Service entitled
Disclosure Summary means the box that contains important information about your Account, and which is titled “President’s Choice Financial Mastercard Account Disclosure Summary.” This box is provided with applications and in card carriers provided to new cardholders as of January 2010 and is also available online at www.pcfinancial.ca, by selecting the “Legal Stuff” link.

  • For purposes of this paragraph “Impositions” means all taxes, including personal property taxes and fees, without pro-ration as described in the Financial Disclosure Summary Work Sheet (Attachment 1) hereafter imposed, assessed or payable during the term of the relevant Schedule including any extension thereof.

  • You may also pay a monthly administrative fee, the amount of which, if applicable, is disclosed in the above Disclosure Summary.

Disclosure Summary refers to the information box titled “President’s Choice Financial Mastercard Account Disclosure Summary” delivered with your card. It contains important information about your Account. This information may be changed with notice to you, and any reference in these terms to information in the Disclosure Summary means the information in the current version of the Disclosure Summary.
Disclosure Summary means a formal document presented to a buyer and validated by the buyer his/her understanding of the expectation of being a Member of Mariner’s Cove HOA and the existence of the Association Documents.
Disclosure Summary means the box that contains important information about your Account, and which is titled “President’s Choice Financial Mastercard® Account Disclosure Summary.”

  • Disclosure Memorandum means the set of numbered schedules referencing Sections of this Agreement delivered by Seller and dated of even date herewith, as supplemented by new or amended schedules delivered by Seller prior to the Closing.

  • Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;

  • Disclosure Letters means the Seller Disclosure Letter and the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

  • Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Disclosure Letter means that certain Disclosure Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

  • Disclosure Statement means the written disclosure statement that relates to this Plan, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3017, as such disclosure statement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

  • Disclosed Information means the information disclosed by a Party for the purpose of settlement, negotiation, Mediation or Arbitration;

  • RBC report means the report required by K.S.A. 40-2c02, and amendments thereto.

  • Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Disclosure Document means any registration statement (including the Form 10) filed with the SEC by or on behalf of any Party or any member of its Group, and also includes any information statement (including the Information Statement), prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular, periodic report or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the SEC or any other Governmental Authority, in each case that describes the Separation or the Distribution or the SpinCo Group or primarily relates to the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • SEC Documents shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5.

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by the Company to Parent and Merger Subsidiary.

  • Company Disclosure Letter has the meaning set forth in Article III.

  • Disclosed Litigation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Fairly Disclosed has the meaning given to it in clause 7.5;

  • Company Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Company to the Commitment Parties on the date of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Certificate means this Continuing Disclosure Certificate.

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;
