Rental Car. The parties agree that the average daily rental car fee shall be fifty six dollars 3 ($56) per day, not including gasoline, and that, whenever possible, two or more of CONTRACTOR’s 4 personnel shall share use of the rental car. The parties anticipate that gasoline for the rental car shall not 5 be greater than twenty dollars ($20), at self-serve prices, per week for travel related to COUNTY 6 business. Gasoline usage anticipated to exceed forty five dollars ($45), at self-serve prices, per week 7 shall require prior approval of ADMINISTRATOR.
Rental Car. When a Technician and Related employee is required by the Company to travel in accordance with Article 7.A.1. above, the employee shall be provided with a Company-paid rental car when public or courtesy transportation is either unavailable, impractical, or not cost efficient. The Technician and Related employee shall be reimbursed for the actual and reasonable expenses associated with the rental car, including tolls, fuel, and parking. All such expenses shall be properly receipted and shall accompany the Technician and Related employee's travel expense report in accordance with the Corporate Travel Expense Reimbursement Policy, as may be amended from time to time. A Technician and Related employee may be required by the Company to share a rental car with other Technician and Related employees if more than one have traveled to the same location.
Rental Car. The Employee must have prior approval from the Fire Chief or their designee to rent a vehicle. All costs of a rental vehicle should be determined in advance of travel.
Rental Car. A Player whose SPC is Traded during the NHL Season shall be reimbursed by the assignee Club, if he so requests, for the use of a mid-size rental car, or
(a) Prior to its reimbursing an Assigned Player as provided in this Article 14 an assignee-Club (or his own Club in the case of a team relocation) may require satisfactory proof that the Player has paid the amounts for which he seeks reimbursement, and, in the case of rent or mortgage reimbursements, satisfactory proof (e.g., the lease) that the Player is legally obligated to pay such rent or mortgage and the amount thereof. Upon notice to the Player, the assignee-Club (or his own Club in the case of a team relocation) may, as an alternative to reimbursement, pay the expenses incurred upon Assignment (in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Article 14) directly to the person, firms, or corporations involved.
(b) A Player shall have deducted from any reimbursement of expenses he is otherwise entitled to pursuant to this Section any amount the Player is reimbursed, directly or indirectly, for such expenses from any other source whatsoever (e.g., PHPA benefits, spousal benefits, etc.).
Rental Car. The Company shall reimburse Executive for expenses incurred in renting an automobile during the first six months of Executive's employment with the Company.
Rental Car. An exclusive full-sized luxury rental car or, at XxXxxx'x election, luxury SUV, and driver for XxXxxx'x exclusive use.
Rental Car. Reimbursement shall be limited to vehicles which are reasonably necessary for the Consultant to perform its relevant duties while in travel status.
Rental Car. The ADMINISTRATOR will reimburse the SERVICE CONTRACT HOLDER, for actual Rental Car expense incurred, up to thirty dollars ($30.00) per twenty‐four (24) hour period, with a one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) maximum per CLAIM. In order to qualify for reimbursement, the COVERED VEHICLE must:
1) be retained by the repair facility overnight, and; 2) have a FAILURE to a covered component based on the coverage plan selected, that if driven, would result in further damage to the COVERED VEHICLE. An additional ninety dollars ($90.00) of rental coverage applies only in the event of a parts delay when an internal repair or replacement is performed on a major component (Engine Group, Transmission Group, and Drive Axle Group). Reimbursement will not continue beyond the day that repairs are completed and the SERVICE CONTRACT HOLDER is notified of completion. Reimbursement is only valid if rental is from a licensed car rental agency.
Rental Car. If You are unable to drive the Primary Vehicle due to a Breakdown, We will reimburse You for the cost of a rental car from a licensed rental agency. The rental car coverage or usage of Uber, Lyft or rideshare services limit is three hundred and fifty dollars ($350), not to exceed fifty dollars ($50) per twenty-four (24) hour period. You must incur this expense between the date of the Breakdown and the date that covered repairs are completed.
Rental Car. The Company shall provide or reimburse the Executive for the cost of one midsize rental car until the Executive’s automobiles referred to in Section 3(h)(ii) above are shipped to the destination location.
