Rental Car Sample Clauses
Rental Car. The parties agree that the average daily rental car fee shall be fifty six dollars 3 ($56) per day, not including gasoline, and that, whenever possible, two or more of CONTRACTOR’s 4 personnel shall share use of the rental car. The parties anticipate that gasoline for the rental car shall not 5 be greater than twenty dollars ($20), at self-serve prices, per week for travel related to COUNTY 6 business. Gasoline usage anticipated to exceed forty five dollars ($45), at self-serve prices, per week 7 shall require prior approval of ADMINISTRATOR.
Rental Car. When a Technician and Related employee is required by the Company to travel in accordance with Article 7.A.1. above, the employee shall be provided with a Company-paid rental car when public or courtesy transportation is either unavailable, impractical, or not cost efficient. The Technician and Related employee shall be reimbursed for the actual and reasonable expenses associated with the rental car, including tolls, fuel, and parking. All such expenses shall be properly receipted and shall accompany the Technician and Related employee's travel expense report in accordance with the Corporate Travel Expense Reimbursement Policy, as may be amended from time to time. A Technician and Related employee may be required by the Company to share a rental car with other Technician and Related employees if more than one have traveled to the same location.
Rental Car. The Employee must have prior approval from the Fire Chief or their designee to rent a vehicle. All costs of a rental vehicle should be determined in advance of travel.
Rental Car. The Company shall provide or reimburse the Executive for the cost of one midsize rental car until the Executive’s automobiles referred to in Section 3(h)(ii) above are shipped to the destination location.

The ADMINISTRATOR will reimburse the SERVICE CONTRACT HOLDER, for actual Rental Car expense incurred, up to thirty dollars ($30.00) per twenty‐ four (24) hour period, with a one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) maximum per CLAIM. In order to qualify for reimbursement, the COVERED VEHICLE must: 1) be retained by the licensed repair facility overnight, and; 2) have a FAILURE to a covered component based on the coverage purchased. An additional ninety dollars ($90.00) of rental coverage applies only in the event of a parts delay. Reimbursement will not continue beyond the day that repairs are completed and the SERVICE CONTRACT HOLDER is notified of completion. Reimbursement is only valid if rental is from a licensed car rental agency. Valid rental receipts which correspond with the date of repairs must be provided to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Rental Car. Trustees are the only authorized user/signer of rental cars. For the dates of the Plan related activity (following the hotel guidelines), the Plan will reimburse the costs for a mid-size/standard size car are authorized. A Luxury class vehicle or premium rated vehicle is not authorized, unless the exchange is provided by the rental car company at the same rate as the authorized class car. A rental car should have unlimited mileage benefit. Rental car gas will be paid, but not from the rental car company.
Rental Car. If Writer is required by Producer to travel to Producer’s offices in Burbank, California, and if such offices are more than 50 miles away from Writer’s principal residence, Producer shall reimburse Writer for the reasonable cost of a domestic mid-sized rental car (including insurance) during such period for Writer's personal use. Writer agrees to lease said rental car in Writer’s name.
Rental Car. Car Rental and gas reimbursement must be accompanied by a receipt. Rent of luxury vehicle is prohibited. The traveler must be on the current approved list of drivers per Menlo College Employee/Volunteer Driver Guidelines.
Rental Car. Reimbursement shall be limited to vehicles which are reasonably necessary for the Consultant to perform its relevant duties while in travel status.
