Your Identification, EIN or SSN and Backup Withholding. To join our Credit Union we may require the business’s or organi- zation’s and your full current name(s), the physical address of the business or organization and your residence (and, if different, your business’s or organization’s and your mailing addresses), and the business’s or organization’s phone number and your phone num- ber, birthdate, employer and occupation. We may also require all necessary due diligence documentation to validate the business or organization (as addressed above in Provision 3.a.), the business’s or organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), your SSN and your current government- issued photo identification. We require all this information to both provide you with excellent service and to protect your valuable infor- mation and funds (and without it, we may not be able to start mem- bership, products and services). For IRS reporting purposes, you may need to certify that the EIN or SSN matches the name and address provided, and indicate if you are subject to backup with- holding. Your delivery, review and certification of this information may be required for membership, products or services. For your and our protection and to fulfill our due diligence responsibilities, you may need to obtain an EIN for an account, product or service relationship you wish to start that is not for your personal use. For your convenience and protection we may also request your mother’s maiden name, your email address, other identification and information requirements and other undiscoverable confiden- tial information (such as your most or least favorite subject in school, artist, fruit or vegetable, etc.) and require you to create a password in order to take actions or conduct transactions on our products and services (please see Provision 5.a.). To provide you with excellent service, for your convenience and for your and our protection, you agree we may photograph you and retain a copy or image of your current government-issued photo identification (hereafter referred to as ID) to identity you for the products and services you have with us. We may request to see your current government-issued military photo identification, and though we will not image or copy it, we may enter the information in our records.   • Taxpayer Identification Numbers and Backup Withholding You agree that we may withhold taxes from any dividends or interest earned on your account as required by federal, state or local law or regulations. Your failure to furnish a correct Taxpayer Identification Number ("TIN") or meet other requirements may result in backup withholding. If your account is subject to backup withholding, we must withhold and pay to the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") a percentage of dividends, interest, and certain other payments. If you fail to provide your TIN within a reasonable time we will close your account and return the balance to you, less any applicable service fees.

  • Client identification 9.1. The Company has the right to require the Client to confirm his/her registration information specified when opening a trading account.   • National Item Identification Number (NIIN) The number assigned to each approved Item Identification under the Federal Cataloging Program. It consists of nine numeric characters, the first two of which are the National Codification Bureau (NCB) Code. The remaining positions consist of a seven digit non-significant number.

  • Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your PIN to anyone not authorized to sign on your Accounts. To keep your Account secure, please do not write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same place as your Card.

  • Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4.B.2.1. The Bank also provides the Cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is equivalent to the Cardholder’s signature. Although the Cardholder may change the PIN as many times as he wishes by inserting his Card in any ATM of the Bank (or anywhere else that the Bank may announce in the future) and following the instructions displayed on the screen, this number is strictly personal and the Cardholder must memorize it, refrain from recording it on the Card or any other document, even in disguised form, hide the ATM or EFT/POS keyboard when typing the PIN, avoid revealing it or giving it to third parties and generally prevent it from being revealed to any third party. It constitutes gross negligence on the Cardholder’s part to keep the PIN in any readable form. The PIN is produced electronically under strictly controlled security conditions that make its reproduction absolutely impossible and is notified to the Cardholder through one of the means stated in the letter accompanying the Card. The PIN can be used only with the Card for which it was issued.
