Zero Hours at Each Quarter. At the beginning of each quarter, all employees who opt to sign up for the quarterly overtime list will begin the quarter with zero (0) hours and said list shall be generated in the order of seniority. A total number of hours per employee will be kept for the fiscal year by the employer and will be available for review by the Union each quarter. When all hours are equal, seniority shall be the determining factor in hiring.
