Zoning Changes. The Borrower shall submit to the Bank for its prior written approval all applications and other information relating to any proposed zoning change, variance or other action with respect to the use of the Property or any portion thereof.

Zoning Changes. Owner shall notify DEQ no less than thirty (30) days before Owner’s petitioning for or filing of any document initiating a rezoning of the Property that would change the base zone of the Property under the [NAME OF] County zoning code or any successor code. If Owner is required to join in such application by Requirements, Owner shall do so provided Tenant pays all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for same.
Zoning Changes. The zoning designation of individual properties is subject to change during the term of this Agreement. In the event that a property changes its zoning designation to a non-Industrial use, Contractor must provide the customer notice that Contractor will discontinue service within thirty (30) days of notice. Customer will be required to subscribe to services provided by the approved Collector for properties in the Exclusive Franchise Area. The terms of this Agreement supercede all terms in an agreement between Contractor and customers.
