Предмет Договора. 1.1. The Contractor hereunder undertakes to provide the patient with paid medical services, whereas the Customer undertakes to pay for such rendered services subject to the terms and conditions hereof as well as to assist in performance thereof. 1.1. Исполнитель обязуется оказывать пациенту платные медицинские услуги, а Заказчик обязуется оплачивать оказанные услуги на условиях настоящего договора, а также оказывать содействие их исполнению. 1.2. The medical services hereunder shall be taken to mean the following: the medical services which the Contractor is entitled to provide according to the healthcare license and which are provided on a paid basis at the personal expense of individuals, at the expense of the legal entities or based on any other resources under contracts, including under voluntarily health insurance contracts.
