Предмет Договора. 1.1. In accordance with the procedure and under the terms hereof, the Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the software hosted on servers in data centers (hereinafter referred to as “System”) by providing the Licensee with access via the Internet or mobile communication systems (a simple non-exclusive license). At the same time the Licensee undertakes to pay a fee in a timely manner in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. For the purposes hereof the System includes: the “Bnovo PMS” software, which organizes the work of accommodation facilities and landlords, the “Bnovo Booking Module” software, which provides bookings for places / rooms / apartments through the accommodation facility website or landlord website, the “Bnovo Channel Manager” software, which allows automatic management of online sales channels. The Licensor warrants that he has all requisite capacity, power and authority to enter into this Agreement.
