監 査. You will keep accurate and complete records relating to your activities under this Agreement, including installation and use of the Products and other information necessary to demonstrate your compliance with this Agreement (“Records”). Within ten (10) days following our written request, you will certify to us in a writing signed by an officer of your company that your use of the Products and Services comply with the terms of this Agreement and will provide us any Records we specify in such request.   • By Grantee Grantee may terminate this Grant as follows:

  • GRANTEE Grantee will be in default under this Grant upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

Any such administrator or executor must furnish the Company with (a) written notice of his or her status as transferee, and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Company to establish the validity of the transfer and compliance with any laws or regulations pertaining to said transfer.
