THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of June 30, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Astor Long/Short ETF Fund, Astor Active Income ETF Fund and Astor S.T.A.R. ETF Fund (each a “Fund”, collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, Astor Investment Management, LLC (the “Advisor”).
