Article 7 Final Provisions. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signing by both Contracting Parties and into effect on the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Contracts of the Slovak Republic Government Office. This Agreement is concluded for a definite period of time lasting until April 30, 2018.

Article 7 Final Provisions. The Parties agree that the Contract will be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any possible disputes arising from this Contract will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Slovak Republic.

Article 7 Final Provisions. This Contract observes the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic. Any legal relationships not regulated by this Contract are to observe relevant provisions of the Civil Code and Copyright Act.

Article 7 Final Provisions. Any change or supplement to this Agreement may only be done in form of a written addendum to be agreed by both Contracting Parties. These addenda shall be numbered and shall form an inseparable part of this Agreement.
